Chaz became the Director of Operations at Americase after progressing from the Quality Assurance Manager and Operations Manager roles since joining the team in 2019. Today, Chaz provides oversight to every aspect of Operations, including manufacturing, engineering, quality assurance, production planning, purchasing, and more. 

Chaz first joined the Americase team after gaining experience in a variety of positions at his family’s metal manufacturing company, Accurate Metal Stamping. In his nine years there, he fostered an intimate understanding of the manufacturing process in shipping/receiving, machinery operating, and inspection roles before moving to supervisory and–finally–managerial positions in both sales project management from 2014 to 2019.
