Americase Inc. hereby warrants that it’s new products are free from any defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty is granted to the Original Purchaser of the product and is nontransferable. In the event of a defect, the case will, at the discretion of the manufacturer, be repaired or replaced without charge to the customer. Any product being returned to Americase must be shipped freight prepaid and packaged or boxed sufficiently as to protect the product from any further damage while in transit.

Warranty excludes exterior finish, normal wear or any damages due to abuse or damages which may occur in the event that the case is used outside the parameters of its original design. Warranty further excludes any damage by Airline or Commercial Carrier.

Please note, that Airlines or Commercial Carriers occasionally put containers in situations beyond reasonable care and handling. If damage should occur during handling or transportation by an Airline or any Commercial Carrier, it is the owner’s responsibility to file a claim directly with the Airline or Commercial Carrier.

Repair parts and services outside of the product warranty are available for almost any type of repair. A customer’s case may simply need a “tune-up” before going back into service for another ten years. Tune-up service is available for a nominal charge, at many major sporting conventions and Clay Target competitions that Americase may participate in from time to time, or year-round at the Americase manufacturing facility in Waxahachie, Texas.

Americase assumes no liability for damage to products or merchandise contained within an Americase product. Americase Warranty grants to the original purchaser certain legal rights. The consumer may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state.

Warranty activation requires that the Purchaser completely fill out and submit the Warranty Registration card supplied with every Americase product to Americase Inc. at 1610 East Main Street, Waxahachie, Texas 75165, within 90 days of the date of purchase.

In an effort to better serve the Shooting and Hunting consumer markets, Americase periodically offers updated information regarding new products and innovation in Sporting case design and function. Americase customers, through the warranty registration process have the option of electing to be added to this additional Customer Service database.
